About half a year ago I heard plastic pieces rolling inside my laptop and when I opened it the worst nightmare greeted me. Every single one of the screw holes on the right side hinge were broken.
No problem, nothing a 3D printer can't fix!
The replacement part uses remaining ribs for gluing surface area with super glue. The broken pieces need to be removed with a multi-tool, and the 3D printed part fits in the cleared gaps and plastic ribs. The original metal tread inserts were molten into the 3D printed part with a soldering iron. It is better than new, I still have no problems after half a year.

1)-print the part
2)-carefully remove damaged sections (cover the rest of the laptop)
3)-dry fit and see if everything fits (sanding and carving may be needed)
4)-melt original inserts into the part with the tip of a soldering iron
5)-glue and close hinge on top so it holds until the glue sets
