DJI Osmo Action 4/5 Pro Camera Mount/Case

This is a camera mount/partial case for the DJI Osmo Action 4/5 Pro with a GoPro-style attachment on the bottom.

This print has extra material around the lens to offer some protection and cut-outs to prevent the mount/case from being visible in the corners of the video. It also has a cut-out on the front, allowing you to see and use the front screen. There is extra material where the legs of the GoPro-style mount attach to the body of the case to improve the strength and rigidity. I've also added a recess where the record button is located, meaning you can easily find it and press it through the case.

I designed this to use on the AOS UL7 V5 and other FPV quads, but with the GoPro-style attachment, it should work for plenty of other things.

I recommend printing this in TPU and in the orientation shown in the second picture to prevent the lens protector warping and becoming wider, due to the heat from the print bed.

Disclaimer: I designed this for the Osmo Action 5 Pro, but from my research, it seems like the dimensions are the same for the Action 4, which is why I have labelled it as such. I apologise if it doesn't fit that camera!

Changelog:

1. Decreased spacing between "Mounting Legs" to prevent bulging inside the case when attached to a mount.
2. Completely redesigned the lens protector. It now has two cut-outs, stopping the mount/case being visible in the corners of the video; this was especially noticeable when using ND filter lens' with the camera. The lens protector now has fillets instead of chamfers, giving it a smoother, cleaner look.
