The canopy blew off my skysurfer. Alas... I'll never find it.

That was months ago. Finally hopped on FreeCAD and threw something together. This is a few revisions in and it's close enough for me.

On my SkySurfer I've put a dowel through the fuse and just hold it down with a rubberband that is hooked on both ends of the dowel.

As for print settings I placed it on it's back in the slicer and printed with vase mode. End result is 10grams. A bit heavy for it's purpose, the stock one was definitely lighter than this. It's also quite fragile so you need to be careful with it. Maybe print with a thicker wall? I didn't experiment with that really.

If you print with 2 walls and 4% infill it weighs 40 grams which is tragically heavy....

Anyways, hopefully you'll enjoy! I included the FreeCAD file in case you want to jump in there and try to get it to fit better. It's pretty close as is but could use further adjustment.
