Went to use my leaf blower to clean off my deck and it wouldn't work. Heard something rattling inside so I took it apart and found the plastic switch had fatigued and broke apart.
I glued the pieces together temporarily so i could get some measurements and designed a replacement part.
I printed it in PLA (will replace it later with an ABS or PETG part)
I printed at 0.2 with 35% infill using supports.

It fits nicely. The case of the blower comes apart pretty easily, except there are quite a few screws to remove.
Don't forget to peel off the stickers that cross seams.

There are quite a few Ryobi leaf blower models. This is a hybrid 18VDC-110VAC hand held model sold in Canada. It is a ONE+ model. I have included a full picture of it for reference. The switch is a side toggle, not a slide switch.
