RAZER VIPER ULTIMATE STAND:

The holes need an electrical conductor that u can place there and have a spring with a screw connected to it. When the mouse buttons are facing opposite you towards the screen, the right hole is positive 5v and the left is negative 0v. You can cut off any USB spare cable you have and use the negative and positive to power and charge your mouse. You can mod it to fit your own needs
