When relocating the U1's feeder to a different position, you'll need an extension cable or an adapter board. However, this leaves an empty hole at the original feeder exit point, which looks unsightly and poses safety risks—cables can easily get snagged or damaged.
I designed this housing to seamlessly match the original locking mechanism. The release latch features an anti-slip texture for easier blind operation, ensuring you press the right spot every time. The center compartment accommodates the adapter board, which can be secured with self-tapping screws or double-sided tape. The adapter board is available on Taobao—search for it yourself.
This housing also works for direct cable extension mods without an adapter board. Most modified connectors or cables can be neatly tucked inside with minimal securing.
