Kia Optima Plug-in Hybrid EV Charger + Cable holder (Probably suits for some other models as well). Holder can be screwed to wall with 3 screws (ChaDeMo).

The holder is designed so that you put the charger unit first in place and cable after that. You can also pick it up straight into the bag without need to unfold it, if you had it rolled into the holder already.

Before mounting the holder on the wall, note that the cable from control unit to the plug is quite short and stiff, so check the distance/bending before "screwing it up" ;D.
