I made this in Coreldraw, then exported as .DXF and imported into Fusion 360 and in sketch mode selected the extrusions. The cookie is 8cm wide. It cuts and embosses at the same time. You have to play with the dough to get it right. Roll it out at a good thickness. Good luck
