The original design by @Stiggan2k was designed for a custom direct extruder part that wasn't applicable to me, so I made my own design to be plugged into a direct extruder plate (the one I got was this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08LC8FZ1R/).

I measured the original model and tried to replicate it in Autodesk Fusion 360, thus ended up with the current design. Still a beginner at Autodesk and 3D modeling.
