The Intex Pure Spa is a surprisingly inexpensive yet effective portable hot tub. After about a year of use, water started leaking from the pump/heater unit. A quick look inside uncovered the culprit - a black rubber hose between the pump and the heater had rotted and torn. It's not just hose though, it's got a flange on one end. Intex' web site only lists a complete pump assembly as a replacement part. Local hardware stores came up empty as did the local pool supply store.

Ninjaflex to the rescue! Printed printed this with Ninjaflex flexible filament at 70% infill, it's a bit stiffer than the original, but with a hose clamp on one end and the attachments that fit on the flanged end, it flexes more than enough for a watertight seal and to dampen motor vibration transmitted to the heater.
