TPU is great for adapting to the holes and borders.

Main settings for printing are:

Layer height 0.1mm
Line Width 0.3mm (with 0.4mm nozle)
Wall Tickness 1.2mm
Speed 20mm/s
Infill 100%
Hotend temperature: 210 °C
Bed temperature: 50 °C
