My take on an Auto Level Bracket for an Ender 3 - unlike most other designs you don't need 2 spanners, as the top Nut has it's own hex nut Holder space - only 1 spanner to tighten the nut.

There's also a groove in the top to support the wire and prevent it getting caught on something.

Uses a standard 12mm Inductive Sensor (LJ12A3-4-Z/BX) , the bracket is designed so the nuts are (roughly) in the center of the threaded part.
