Can be used to displace the bottle cage mounts 10 mm up, or down the frame. In my case, I needed to displace the cage 10mm lower so I can fit a frame bag. Needs 2x M5 nuts to be heat pressed into the cutouts designed into the model (Use a soldering iron to gently push an M5 nut into the recess and it will hold incredibly tight)
