The EQ8/HDX110 tripod pier has an attachment point on it for the for the hand controller cradle/holder. I use EQMOD, so the hand controller cradle isn't needed. Instead, I have a Moonlite focuser with an electronic focus motor and the Moonlite Mini Controller V2 that needs a place to go. Rather than sticking it somewhere with Velcro, etc. I came up with this cradle for it that attaches where the hand controller was supposed to be. You can use the same two hex-head screws that were intended for the hand controller cradle to attach this to the pier.

The original worked/fit well but I did some editing to the file to reduce the plastic needed to print by adding some holes, etc. You might need to ream the screw holes a bit, but should fit nicely.
