This is just an .stl Export from .blender source by Yves Guillo. His project is awesome!

Here you find the printed element photo, my first shot with it (I used my AF-S Nikkor 50mm 1:1.8G on a tripod. 3" exposition with natural light at ISO 100) and obviously the working .stl file.
