Customizable Macbook Pro (Retina) Cable Dock

After working with a few of the existing models on Thingiverse, I realized that I had a few cables that were fatter than the standard ones, and instead of shaving down cables, I decided that this route was better :)

The audio (headphone) port is optional, and can be disabled in the last options section in Customizer. Other than that, I still need to tweak the offset values for the ports, as they still may be too close/too far from each other.
