I saw the other Ethernet cable management, and while that works great if you can get at both sides - I was running cables in the upper - back corner of my desk, and wanted a flat back surface to work with. I split the existing design in half, left the zip tie mount, as I can get a zip tie around the support in the corner of the desk, or I can use a nail - or even put sticky tape on the other flat side now.
