I created this iPhone holder to connect to a 1" ram ball and mount. I am using m4 nuts and bolts to connect to the ram mount.

I left a hole at the bottom for a charger and a large space in the middle for my Bulbhead adaptor. Its a pretty simple design and can be easily adjusted for different size phones :)
