This is a bezel / mount for the Digole 1.3" 128 x 64 OLED display - http://www.digole.com/index.php?productID=545 . The display can be attached either way up in the mount depending on whether you'll be mounting it on a vertical or horizontal surface.
The display is held in with a couple of spots of hot glue or similar.
