ROSA3D Filament Refill Adapter (Master Spool)

Summary

This is a custom-designed adapter for ROSA3D filament refills.

ROSA3D refills are shipped on a cardboard core. This printed part slides over the brim of that cardboard core, converting it into a standard spool that fits securely on your 3D printer's filament holder.

The spoked design saves material and allows you to easily see how much filament is left on the roll.

⚠️ Important: You need to print this model twice (one for each side of the cardboard core).

Print Settings

• Material: PLA, PETG, or any rigid material.
• Supports: No supports needed (print flat on the bed).
• Infill: 15% - 20% (The part is not under significant mechanical stress).
• Layer Height: 0.20mm - 0.28mm (Standard or Draft).
• Quantity: Print x2.

Assembly

1. Take your ROSA3D filament refill (do not remove the cardboard core).
2. Press one printed flange onto one side of the cardboard rim.
3. Flip the roll and press the second flange onto the other side.
4. Mount on your printer and enjoy!
