The original didn't quite line up for me on my Ender 3 Pro. I adjusted this part by increasing the distance out from the support by 1.65mm. I also raised the bearing holder up by 11mm. This puts the bearing flush with the rod. I verified I can go up the full 250mm of travel with this installed. The old part put my Z axis in a bind before reaching the top.
