This is a work in progress, please give feedback with any ideas to make it better. I am new to 3d printing and wanted to get my feet wet by designing something simple. Created this in Tinkercad. This seems to work well on standard spray bottle nozzles. I don't have the rubber o-ring that was on the original tip so I used some teflon tape to seal the threads so that it does not leak. I printed with .2 layer height with the tip facing down and with supports. I used PLA because this spray bottle is just for water but if you are using chemicals in your sprayer you should use PETG.
