A wobbling of the steering is a common Ellert-problem.

Just slide the stabilizer over the (round) upper tube, using the virect tube as a guide.

I would recoomend drilling 2x M3-threads into the upper tube to fasten the stabilizer with 2x M3x6-screws, but it seems to work (at least for a while) without
