I use a pourable 2 part RTV silicon available in Australia called PinkySil. There would be a similar product in the Alumilite range in the US.
A 2 piece mold allows the gasket to be perfectly produced each pour.
Print in PLA, clean up the locator bumps for a snug fit and join the two halves together, securing with a few rubber bands. Each gasket requires less than 1gm of silicon.
Once cured (30 mins) cut off the pour spout with an exacto kniffe and peel away any flashing with your fingers.
