Printing:

If you want to print without supports (not recommended) keep the lion face up. If you're printing with supports rotate it so the lion is facing you.

If you do print with supports be warned however, that getting the support out of the mouth is tricky.

SIZING: best way that I've found is to just measure your finger, create a cylinder the same size in Tinkercad and match it.

I slice it at super quality. Generally speaking the finer the better.
