My son needed a stand to dry his hydration bladders. Therefore, a height of around 30 cm is needed here.
Best to print in PETG.
[DE] AONIJIE Hydration Bladders & Softflask Drying Stand
An extremely practical, single-piece printed drying stand, specifically designed for trail runners, hikers, and cyclists. It solves the known problem that the inner walls of hydration systems stick together after cleaning, moisture is blocked, and mold or unpleasant odors form.
The stand features a tall, wide center pillar to keep a large hydration bladder (1.5L - 3L) completely open and upright, so that air can circulate perfectly. Two specialized side pegs hold softflasks (250ml - 500ml) upside down, allowing residual water to drain cleanly.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE ON SIZE: The model has a total height of 30 cm (300 mm), so that even extra-long 3-liter hydration bladders do not touch the ground when drying. Due to this enormous Z-height, a 3D printer with a large build volume (at least 300 mm build height) is absolutely necessary to print the stand in one piece!
Features
- Optimal Airflow: Keeps the hydration bladder wide open for maximum drying speed.
- 3-in-1 Organization System: Dries 1x large hydration bladder, 2x softflasks, and the hydration hose simultaneously.
- Tip-Proof Base: The stable cross-foot design easily holds the weight of the wet equipment without wobbling.
- Material: 100% designed for printing in PETG to permanently withstand constant contact with moisture.
Recommended Print Settings
- Material: PETG (Highly recommended due to permanent moisture).
- Wall Loops (Perimeter): 3 - 4 (Makes the vertical pillars absolutely stable and stiff).
- Infill: 15% - 20% (Gyroid).
- Supports: None or Tree Support (Organic), depending on how well your printer handles the bridges of the lower cross-braces.
[EN] AONIJIE Hydration Bladder & Softflask Drying Stand
This is a highly practical, single-piece drying rack specifically engineered for trail runners, hikers, and cyclists. It solves the common problem of sticky inner walls, trapped moisture, and mold growth in hydration systems after cleaning.
The stand features a tall, wide center pillar designed to keep a large hydration bladder (1.5L - 3L) fully expanded and upright for optimal airflow. Two specialized side pegs hold softflasks (250ml - 500ml) upside down, allowing water to drain perfectly.
⚠️ IMPORTANT SIZE NOTE: This model has a total height of 30 cm (300 mm) to ensure even extra-long bladders don't touch the ground. Because of this massive Z-axis requirement, you will need a large-volume 3D printer with at least 300 mm build height to print this file in one piece!
Features
- Optimal Airflow: Holds the bladder wide open so it dries rapidly.
- 3-in-1 Organization: Dries 1x large bladder, 2x softflasks, and the hydration hose simultaneously.
- Rock Solid Base: Stable cross-foot design that easily holds the weight of wet gear without tipping over.
- Material: 100% optimized for PETG to withstand constant water contact and moisture.
Recommended Print Settings
- Material: PETG (Highly recommended due to moisture).
- Wall Loops (Perimeter): 3 - 4 (Ensures the vertical pillars are stiff and strong).
- Infill: 15% - 20% (Gyroid).
- Supports: None or Organic (Tree) depending on your printer's bridging capabilities for the lower cross-braces.
