Two different models provided:

1. Version 1 Rear Mount is the closest copy to the original model. Printed on its side in PETG, this has been strong and holding up well, but I am concerned with the screws stripping out over time.
2. Version 2 Through Mount has through-holes on the front for mounting screws with nuts on the inside of the microwave door. This is much stronger, but adds visible holes on the handle. Included plugs are provided to cover them. I did not design a removal feature for the plugs; once installed, the easiest way to remove them is to thread a wood screw into the center and pull them out. I would recommend printing extra plugs just in case.

Hardware:

• Version 1 is designed for #8-32 x 3/4 in button head screws (approx. M4 x 19 mm)
• Version 2 is designed for #8-32 x 1 in flat head screws (approx. M4 x 25 mm)

The holes are intentionally undersized in the print. Drill and tap after printing to ensure the tightest fit.
The screw in Model 2 sits recessed in the chamfered pocket.

Replacement door handle modeled in Fusion 360 from an original GE Advantium 240V SCA2000FWW02 unit (manufactured November 2002).

I could not find an existing printable model, so I created this one and am sharing it for anyone with the same broken handle problem.

Important:

• Measure mounting hole spacing before printing
• Compare overall length and standoff depth to your original handle
• Test fit before final installation
• Print in a strong material such as PETG, ABS, ASA, or nylon (I used black PETG)
