This is a remix of Jirka's screwdriver holder.
I split the original design and merged the two halves together, keeping the same holder depth while reducing the overall width by 50%. I also slightly reduced the height to save on print time, while still keeping the holder plenty strong for its intended use. The screw mounting points were also made smaller to further reduce the overall footprint.
I needed a more compact screwdriver holder, and this version has worked well for my setup.
The hexagonal holes have a diameter of 8 mm.
You will need 2 screws to attach the holder to a wall or board.
Print Settings
I printed mine in PLA, which has been more than strong enough for this use. Stronger materials could be used, but they are probably unnecessary for most setups.
Due to the print orientation and direction of the layer lines, strength could potentially become an issue under significantly heavier loads. However, I have had no problems with mine, even when fully loaded or accidentally knocked.
