Printed at 0.6mm width, with 3 layer thickness for a solid part.  In ABS, I noticed some shrinkage, so I scaled X and Y by 102% for a snug fit.  Every 1% scale change gives ~0.5mm change in diameter.

Post-Printing

Print a bit oversize and sand to fit

            
I cleaned off the remnants of the old hose end and then sanded the ID of the hose end to fit the repair adapter and glued that in place with some Shoe Goo.  I also sanded the OD of the adapter to remove the layer ridges and make a nice snug fit into the vacuum tools.
