I needed a closet rod in the kids' room. I made this to support some 1.5 inch tubing I had so we can hang up their clothing. It's simple and looks good spray painted. I'll post a photo the next time I print one. The hole is designed around a standard sheetrock screw because let's face it, it's what you were going to use anyway.
I included an obj file so you can edit it yourself. most closet rods are 1.25 inches so you may need to scale this, but if you can find a 1.5 inch rod you'll be happier.
