Loved the design of ChrisIrwin's filament roller guide and z endstop runout sensor holder but wanted to use an actual runout sensor. Found NDSMaker's runout sensor holder that mounts to the x carriage and decided to merge the two.

2x spacers and the guide wheel are needed from ChrisIrwin's design.

2x fasteners are needed from NDSMaker's design.
