# Carvera 3D probe coiled cord

This is a fully parametrized 3D print for a TPU printed boot for making a coiled cord for a Carvera CNC machine to connect to 3rd party 3D probes. The 3D probe I used for my testing is a Carvera CNC 3D Touch Probe from Serge Industries. This should work for other 3D probes that are available that have the same USB-C connector on the side.

TPU was selected for printing to allow this to be flexible and a 1 piece design. Because of the flexibilty of TPU, you slip the 3D printed boot over the plugs and cables and no seams are needed.

The design is fully parameterized in OpenSCAD and may be modified to meet your requirements either through OpenSCAD or Maker World customization.
