🖨️ Recommended Print Settings

For the strongest possible threads that won't snap during use, please use these settings:

• Material: PETG or ASA/ABS is highly recommended for durability and outdoor use. PLA+ works fine for light indoor cleaning.
• Orientation: Print the part vertically (thread facing up) for the cleanest thread geometry.
• Wall Loops / Perimeters: Minimum 4–5 walls. This is crucial! More walls make the threads solid and prevent them from shearing off.
• Infill: 25% - 40% (Gyroid or Cubic for directional strength).
• Layer Height: 0.16mm - 0.20mm (Lower layer height results in smoother threads and a better fit).
• Supports: No supports needed for the internal threads.
