Printed in PETG; given the cost per print, I’ll just print a new one in a few years. You can also print it in ASA. I recommend enabling supports with support smoothing for the float. Printed at a layer height of 0.16 mm, but 0.30 mm would also work. I made small 2 mm holes inside the float so that air can escape and the skimmer can attach well and collect debris. I recommend placing a few suitable small stones under the rim in case the skimmer doesn’t want to sink inside. Conversely, if the skimmer sinks too easily, you can place polystyrene in the collar from below to make the skimmer float. It must be balanced on the surface before use. Fits the Oase skimmer adapter. The outer diameter is 171 mm, and the inner diameter is 125 mm.
