Suggested Print Settings:

• Material: PETG, ABS, or ASA are highly recommended. Friction creates heat during burnishing, and PLA may soften or deform at high drill speeds.
• Infill: 20-50% (Gyroid or Cubic) for maximum structural integrity so the shaft doesn't snap under the torque of the drill.
• Perimeters/Walls: 4 to 6 walls for added strength.
• Layer Height: 0.12mm - 0.16mm. A lower layer height ensures the grooves are as smooth as possible right off the build plate, which is crucial for getting a clean burnish on your leather.
