Registration of the Ultracooler radiator to the painted side of the lower fairing begins with the correct placement of the drill positions on the painted half of the lower fairing. This jig uses the manufactures measurements to place the drill positions to accept the radiator.

This process is outlined on step 7 of the intall guide.
using the jig, referenced from the hose pass through (as directed in the instructions), and with the arrow facing down from the edge of the lower fairing, you can successfully mark the positions of the drill holes with fair accuracy.
