Purpose of the Spool Adapter on the Creator 5 & 5 Pro

• Core Diameter Conversion: Prevents spools with larger center holes  from wobbling, shifting, or getting jammed on smaller stock holder pegs.
• Centering & Friction Reduction: Ensures smooth rotation, maintaining consistent extruder tension and preventing feeding issues or missed steps during long print jobs.
• Standard 1kg Spool Compatibility: Allows standard commercial filament spools (Tinmorry, Novafill, Bambu, Stem(VN), *China OEM filament ,… etc.) to fit neatly into the machine's filament compartment or mounting setup.

Recommend: Layer heigh 0.20mm , Wall loop 3, infill gyroid 20%, support minimum still fine.

The screw and holder will have CCW and CW , so please check you tighten correct direction.

*Tighten the plastic screws a little more to ensure they don't fall out during printing. For small metal screws, don't use too much force, otherwise you'll hear a snapping sound. :)

You can add a little grease to the roller slide to reduce friction, but it's not recommended to apply too much; just a very thin layer.

Mục đích của Spool Adapter trên Creator 5 và 5 Pro

• Chuyển đổi đường kính lõi: Giúp các cuộn nhựa lỗ to  không bị rơ lắc hoặc mắc kẹt trên cọc gắn có đường kính nhỏ hơn.
• Định tâm & giảm ma sát: Giúp cuộn nhựa quay trơn tru, lực kéo của bộ đùn (extruder) đồng đều, giảm rủi ro trượt bước hoặc kẹt nhựa khi in liên tục.
• Tương thích cuộn 1kg tiêu chuẩn: Hỗ trợ gắn các dòng filament thương mại phổ biến (Tinmorry, Novafill, Bambu, Stem(VN), *China OEM filament ,…v.v..) vào khoang chứa nhựa của máy.

Nó sẽ có ốc theo chiều kim đồng hồ và ngược chiều kim đồng hồ, các bạn nhớ kiểm tra chiều vặn nhé.

*Vặn chặt ốc vít nhựa hơn một chút để đảm bảo nó không bị rơi ra trong quá trình in. Đối với ốc vít kim loại nhỏ, đừng dùng quá nhiều lực, nếu không bạn sẽ nghe thấy tiếng "rắc rắc" của nhựa bị nứt :) có thể thêm chút mỡ grease vào cuộn ống trượt để giảm ma sát nhưng không khuyến khích quá nhiều, chỉ bôi một lớp cực mỏng.
