This is a base for a Mac Studio with a mechanical power button on the front to make pressing the power button on the back easier.  It is a simple mechanical lever assembled with two M4 screws but pins could be printed instead as it doesn't require a lot of pressure to engage the power button.  The only supports needed are for the tab on the back of the base where the button pusher mounts.

The power button pressure fits to the slide.  You might need to shave the slide ever so slightly to get the slide inserted.  A couple of scrapes along the top edges is all that should be needed.

Insert the assembled power button and slide in through the front of the base.  Align the holes of the slide and tab on the back of the base with the button pusher piece and add the two screws.  You can use nuts but the screws should thread into the holes loosely and can be used alone.  They shouldn't be overly tightened down to the parts as that will prevent the movement of the parts.

Place the Mac on the base and rest the button pusher against the power button.  It should line up to the center of the button.  It takes very little pressure to actuate the button and the normal spring return of the button is enough to reset the lever.

Note: the model contains a tab for the hole designed for a laptop lock.  It was intended to help keep the Mac from moving on the base.  It's not completely necessary and may prove to be too fragile but when placing the Mac on the base align the tab with the hole and lower the Mac straight down.
