Spiral feeding model
I. Product Introduction
The spiral feeding model is a miniature mechanical model designed based on the principle of spiral conveying. It mainly realizes the stable advancement of materials or wires through the rotation of internal spiral blades, and can be used to demonstrate the principles of feeding, conveying, and feeding mechanisms. The overall structure of the model is compact, making it suitable for use in mechanical principle demonstrations, classroom demonstrations, creative decorations, or 3D printing practice projects.
II. Structural Design
The model is mainly composed of a long-shaped shell, an internal spiral shaft, spiral blades, end snap fasteners, and a connection structure. A channel is formed inside the shell, and the spiral blades are arranged continuously along the axis, which can generate propulsion force during rotation. The end snap fastener structure is convenient for disassembly and installation, and it is easy to observe the internal structure and assembly relationship.
III. Functional features
The spiral feeding model features rotating feeding, structural display, disassembling and assembling, and stable transmission. By rotating the spiral shaft, the process of materials moving from one end to the other can be simulated; the snap-fit structure makes the model easy to disassemble and assemble multiple times, and it can also show the cooperative relationship between mechanical parts.
