I used petg for this model and a hardened steel nozzle (brass will leak lead into your print and won't be safe to even use) you may use 15% infill to 100% it works well and you simply tie a knot with the floss. a redesign will be underway eventually whenever I have time and I will model a bracket to tie the floss to
