Utilize a USB extension to save the built-in USB port from wear and tear.

Two cable ties needed to keep the port secure, while still allowing for future removal in case the cable needs to be swapped out.

Replaces the LCD mount.  Re-use the metal nuts and all screws from the old mount.

Suggested print settings:
 - 0.20mm QUALITY
 - Prusament PETG
 - 3 Perimeters
 - Supports required
