Nomad 23 Mast Mount Bushing Set — for Hitch-Mounted Antenna Tube

Two-part 3D-printed bushing to support a Nomad 23 ham radio mast in a steel tube welded to a hitch receiver. Fits standard 3" OD Schedule 40 steel pipe (76.2mm OD, 3.96mm wall, ~68mm ID).

Top Bushing — 68mm/80mm OD × 51mm ID, 25mm tall. Friction-fits in the pipe, flange rests on the rim to guide the mast.

Base Collar — 64mm OD × 51mm ID, 20mm tall. Slides freely with the mast for extra support at the bottom.

Printed in PETG.  No supports needed. Mast diameter: 51mm (2").
