Design Concept
This part was designed to capture purge waste as it is expelled, preventing debris from falling outside the collection area. It eliminates the need to print a taller waste basket, improving both efficiency and convenience. The geometry is optimized to ensure reliable retention of purge material while maintaining a clean appearance and seamless integration with the printer.

Layer height: 0.24 mm
Material: PLA recommended (PETG also compatible)
Infill: 15–20% is sufficient
Adhesion: No brim required in most cases
Orientation: Print in the provided orientation

Assembly
No assembly required.
Simply slide the part into position on the printer frame as shown in the images. The fit is designed to be secure while allowing easy installation and removal if needed.
