An optimized storage container for the Gridfinity system, featuring a 2x3 unit base configuration with a total height of 35mm. This design includes an integrated label support for easy content identification. The structure is reinforced for durability while maintaining a lightweight profile. All overhangs and internal geometries have been designed with a maximum angle of 60° to ensure clean, support-free printing while maintaining structural integrity and compatibility with the modular system."
Print Settings
Printer: K1 (High-speed optimized).
Layer Height: 0.10mm - 0.20mm (0.10mm is recommended for finer detail on the label surface).
Infill: 15% - 20% (Gyroid or Grid pattern).
Material: PLA or PETG.
Supports: None required. The model is designed with 60° angles to be entirely self-supporting.
Shell: 3 Wall Loops for increased side-wall rigidity.
Assembly
"This bin is printed as a single-body component and requires no additional assembly. It is ready to be placed directly into any standard Gridfinity baseplate. For the labeling system, it is compatible with standard 12mm label tapes or custom printed inserts that can be slid into the frontal support slot.
