When my old gopro hero 7 case broke, I wasn't able to find a replacement so I built this 3d Print model.
I have used it hundreds of times mounted on my motorcycle helmet and also on the swingarm and handlebars of my motorcycle without any problems so I am confident that it is sturdy.
I printed this so long ago that I can no longer find my print settings, sorry, but I would set supports to Auto so it will add if needed, and probably make infill solid. I definitely printed in PLA
For axles I used 1mm wire.
It is getting difficult to find replacement parts for this old camera but I still use it a lot. This cover has worked so well for me that I wanted to share it in the hope that it helps someone else out.
I have added 4 more files so Filament can be used for the axles. to try and make it more simple to assemble.
