Refined cable bridge for SB2209/SB2240 with PG7 gland, stepper cable cover and steel wire mount - sleek and compact.

This plug intentionally has no built-in strain relief. Keeping the footprint minimal was a key priority as clean wiring is a challenge with the SB2209/SB2240. The umbilical cable is already secured by the PG7 cable gland and the cable mounting point on the bridge, so the wiring towards the plug won't move anyway. Just use heat shrink tube (with glue) over the solder joints of the XT30 2+2 connector.

Assembly

Make sure your data wires are ~15mm longer than the power wires. The recommended length of the wires when using the Cable Bridge PLUS is 75 mm for data and 90 mm for power.
