Have you ever wished you could set the knot in your Timeless Adjustable Brush Handle just a little deeper?  Well now you can!

Configuration (OpenSCAD)

1. In the Customizer, set the Knot Properties (knot depth and knot diameter, both in millimeters).

2. The knot diameter and depth will be added to the bottom of the adapter automatically. 

3. Alternatively, enter custom text that will replace the knot diameter and depth.

4. Change the Font Properties (size and font) if necessary.

5. Render the adapter and export to STL.

The actual size of the opening for the knot is ~0.5 mm smaller than the "Knot Size" provided — this matches what I observed with the knot adapter that came with the Timeless handle (I used the 26 mm adapter as reference).

Printing

• TPU 95 (I used PS Imports TPU from Printed Solid)

• 0.4 mm nozzle

• 0.2 mm layer height

• 20% Adaptive Cubic infill

This will only work with a flexible filament like TPU.  The brush handle has to tighten and squeeze the knot adapter to work properly, and PLA/PETG/etc. won't deform properly.
