I created a cover for my notebook webcam. I printed with support inside base, but it's easy to remove this after printing.

One side of the base is thick - so this side have to be in front of you. Inside base there is a thicker part, so flap won't come out easily.

And of course it's moving, so if you want to show yourself - just hide flap.
