The project explores how meaning unfolds, not as something inherent within objects, but as something that emerges through lived experience. It investigates the subtle ways in which meanings are shaped by our interactions and encounters with the world around us.

The work begins with one-on-one workshops in which participants respond to sensory and oral prompts by shaping a malleable material, creating physical recordings of personal memory and emotion. The artifacts generated through this process are later reinterpreted as sensory wearable objects, imagined as tools for self-regulation that invite ongoing contact through their proximity to the body.

Extending the idea of shared meaning-making, the project adopts an open-source approach. Its digital files made for 3D printing and production manual are made publicly available, inviting others to participate in the process. Through accessible materials and methods, it encourages the creation of personal adaptations, supporting a wider circulation of thoughtful objects for self-regulation.
