This is a filament runout sensor remixed from KaminoKGY, thing:4014649. It is designed to mount sensors from a brand called BIQU which can be purchased on Amazon. I wanted so also have a cable grip to I added one to the side to hold the X gantry cables.

Notes:
Supports are only really needed for the arch that gets held down by the two screws. The right screw hole is very thin and can be challenging to print even with supports so if it does break you can just use a little super glue.
